Day 19
Wednesday April 14, 2010. Well we got up today and Haley told me the judges were coming so after circle o I waited around for them. They came and ask about the baby boy Gabriel that was here and when he had left and where he was now. I ask them if they did not know where he was and they said they did so I do not know why they wanted to ask all the questions about him if they already knew. Oh well Honduras government kind of like American government I guess. Then the said that was all and Haley ask them if them wanted to see the girls and they said ok. They went to the school where the girls were. After that exciting time I worked on the bus lights. Then I looked for some keys and replaced the door knob at the mission house with one I found in the shop. Now I am listening to Dixieland and the Apostles and waiting on the rain. It is thundering all around. Well maybe we can plant the garden soon. I got 4 yellow squash off some volunteer plants. I am right at home. If I can find some corn meal I will have a feast fit for me. Well the rain got here. It is nice because it cleanses everything and makes the air smell much better. And it settles the dust. I am amazed how this ground holds water. The strawberry plants are on a mound about a foot high and they are growing like crazy. Must be the chicken liter! And God’s blessings. Thanks Lord
