Day 30

Monday April 26, 2010. Well what day for us rookies. I take Cruz to the clinic in Yamarangula. I go back to the farm and then Haley and I go to town to the bank and then to the grocery story. While there Rosa called and said that Norma was have problems. She was heaving and throwing up and turning colors. Haley told Rosa to get Chilo and take her to the local clinic. We left the grocery store and headed to the clinic. Norma was all glassy eyed and we found out she had fallen out of tree. The people at the clinic told us to take her home and watch her. Haley said we needed to take her to the hospital in La Esperanza. We did. About an hour after we got her there Haley called me and said they were still waiting to see a doctor for me to take Mati home and she would call me. I go back to the clinic to pick up Cruz and just as I get her in the truck Haley calls and says they are going to take Norma to the clinic in La Esperanza and that I should come back to there. So Cruz, Mati and I head back to the clinic. We get there and the doctor has x-rayed her and says we need to take her to the hospital in Tug. And someone must go with her and only one person can go. Haley calls Pam and she talks to the doctor and then I am elected to go to the hospital with Norma. I get in the ambulance and away we go. I call Keith Daniels to ask him to call Anglia and ask her to meet us at the hospital. He asks which hospital and about that time we wind up back at the hospital in La Espersanza. I am so confused by now. So I call Haley and she and Rosa come on over and Keith comes and then they tell us we need to take her to Tug. Keith volunteers to take her so he and I get her in their van and away we go. She is in and out of it all the way there. We get there and pick up Angie and go to the hospital. They take another x-ray and find that she has some swelling in the head. They want to keep her overnight. Keith and I go to Sam Fessel home for the night while Angie stays with Norma. Then it is Tuesday I know that God will answer our prayers and had done so already
